I had always looked up to the people around me who were actively involved in sports. Their dedication to physical activity and their willingness to push themselves beyond their limits inspired me.
Then I realized after severe illness I felt that being healthy is no.1 priority and I wanted to pursue a similar path and set a Body-Goal for myself that aligned with my height but importantly for my health for sure.
In early 2021, I decided to take my fitness journey more seriously and began preparing my meals in advance to support my goals. Prior to this, I had a haphazard approach to exercise that involved running, watching online videos, and playing Fitness Influencers video files on You Tube.
Then I found The Chloe Condition videos, which was the greatest gift ever, they were organized and effective. I’ve got valuable knowledge and the right mindset from Chloe while I’m around her. Chloe’s philosophy of not leaving anyone behind and going together resonated with me, and I made it my mission to undertake every challenge she presented.
What sets The Chloe Condition apart from other fitness programs is its emphasis on mindset. Chloe’s words and approach have helped me to develop a strong and resilient mindset that has been instrumental in my progress. As a child, we all need a great teacher to learn the basic writing, now, as an adult, The Chloe Condition is providing me with the guidance I need to lead a fulfilling life. She is my greatest coach.
As I get older, my concern for my health has only grown stronger. It’s my right to choose the lifestyle that best suits me, and I’ve chosen to prioritize a healthy and robust body. I approach each day with honesty and joy, knowing that true beauty is not fleeting; it’s something that we build over time. Although my journey come with its share of setbacks and injuries, I’m convinced that these challenges have only made me stronger. Although they can be frustrating and discouraging, I’ve learned that they can also be opportunities for growth and development. Each injury has taught me something new about my body and its limits, and has ultimately made me a more resilient and capable athlete.
In summary, my fitness journey has been a source of great inspiration and growth for me. The support and encouragement of those around me, combined with the guidance of The Chloe Condition program, have helped me to develop a strong and resilient mindset that has been instrumental in my progress. As I continue on my journey, I remain committed to prioritizing my health and well-being, and to building a body and a life that I can be proud of.
