I’m not afraid of aging. Do you know why?
Actually, age is just a number for women who take care of themselves and value themselves always. Mindset, self-care, and health care can change our thoughts to our younger selves. There’s no need for surgery, and there’s no need to worry about aging.
You might hear from the community members that as you get older, it’s not appropriate to do certain things, such as:
- Women’s capabilities are getting lower and lower.
- You’re not appropriate to wear those clothes.
- You can’t go out at night or go to a bar.
- Why are you still exercising as you grow older?
- It’s not worth it, even though you work out.
But I want to remind you not to pay attention to those negative comments and accept yourself and move on. You have the right to be happy, and you deserve to be happy. So, focus on yourself, do what you like, and invest in self-improvement.
The only advice I want to give is to start working out, no matter what your age is.
Do you think you’re too old to start working out?
Do you think you’re not able to lift weights?
Do you think you might get injured?
First of all, it’s never too late to start working out or to adopt a healthy and active lifestyle. Don’t focus on the numbers; just start taking action for your health and wellness.
Walking, running, biking, and strength training can strengthen your heart, boost your stamina, strengthen your bones, and provide many other benefits. They can also help you build the body shape you desire.
To the ladies at a certain age, I want to say that it’s still possible to transform your body and stay beautiful and healthy at any age. So, don’t give yourself any reason to think that your age is a barrier to your better self. You’ll only see the results if you accept it and take action. Don’t let your age be a barrier. Never give up.
As for me, I always welcome everyday challenges, heavier weights, new training, and updated techniques, even though I’m an adult woman and they’re all new to me. I try to get through them. This is the mindset that I want my warriors to have.
Here are my very simple healthy habits in my 30s:
- Drink enough water.
- Rely more on organic food.
- Workout regularly at home or at the gym.
- Focus more on strength training but less on HIIT.
- No smoking.
- No alcohol.
- Apply sunscreen every day.
- Get 6 hours of sleep.
- Spend time in nature.
I love myself more in my 30s than in my 20s. And when I’m in my 40s, my 40s will still be my best age.
